Shipping policy

We aim to provide fast, safe and reliable delivery for all our customers, both in Australia and worldwide. Please read the following shipping information carefully.

Order Fulfillment

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM AEST (Brisbane, Australia) are processed the same day.

Orders received after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday are processed the following Monday morning.

International

Flat rate: $20 AUD for all international orders.

Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to register in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Times & Delays

Standard delivery times vary by region. While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, delays may occur during peak seasons, sale periods, or collection launches.

We appreciate your patience during these times and will notify you of any known delays.

Pre-Orders

Selected or out-of-stock items may be available for pre-order.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once purchased. Exchanges or refunds can only be arranged once the item is received.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold all items until the pre-order is available to ship together. If you prefer separate shipping, place separate orders.

If a pre-ordered item is delayed, we will notify you promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Bundles & Made-To-Order Items

Orders containing a bundle or made-to-order pieces will be shipped together once all items are ready.

We do not split shipments for bundled orders unless separate orders are placed.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes outside Australia.

Ensure your delivery address is accurate, as any failed delivery due to incorrect information may incur re-shipping costs.

Risk And Responsibility-

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery by the courier.

We use trusted shipping partners worldwide, but any lost or damaged items in transit are subject to the courier’s assessment. We will assist with claims, but responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier.
