Refund policy

If you don't love your Nu piece or it simply doesn't fit, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must return your product in brand new and unused condition, accompanied by either the gift pouch, collector's gift box or any additional accessories received when purchasing the product. You’ll also be required to show proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on Earrings, Gift Cards, Polish Cloths or Ring Sizers.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Sale Items - No Refund Policy
Products purchased during a sale or marked as sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges, unless the product is deemed faulty, damaged or does not meet consumer guarantees.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect size has been selected, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product in an alternative size, subject to availability. Please contact customer service at admin@nusands.com to arrange the exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the product you have by contacting customer service at admin@nusands.com to arrange an exchange for an alternate product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please also keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and deposit the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact customer service at admin@nusands.com.

If not approved, we will contact you directly on the email address used to purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges or returns.

Where a return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Nusands will cover return shipping costs.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
